This Edit bed is a carefully designed piece that grows from a first bed with protective guard rails until they are confident to sleep in their first proper single bed. When older a full scale set of bunks with bags of style (as well as usefulness) can be assembled. (Safety standards recommend an age of 6+ years for the top bunk). The bed frames are made from sturdy solid beech for strength and a superior paint finish, and the special slatted mattress bases are solid beech too and to stand the test of a long life.. The curved edges create a soft, retro style, and the bunk bed can later be converted into two full size single beds suitable for adults. A highly versatile bunk bed that has a range of coordinating furniture available to complete their room.
