Our Nordic inspired convertible Classic Beech Bunk Beds with pull out trundle, are made from solid beech hardwood (no soft, knotty painted pine in sight!) They are undeniably strong and durable, and have been safety tested by our experts. Featured here in our versatile Pure White paint, they are also available in Dove Grey. The storage trundle can be rolled out from under the bed; pop in a trundle mattress to turn it into an instantaneous sleepover solution! Once the sharing phase is over, these bunk beds split down into two full size singles; ideal for a guest room. Our Classic Beech Bunk Beds are made from solid beech hardwood as opposed to pine (which is a soft wood with knots). They are undeniably strong and durable providing many years of confident service. The beechwood substrate also provides a good foundation for a lovely paint finish - and there aren't the problems of "knot bleeding" and discolouration you get over time with painted pine.
